Format: 5 round, unrated
When: Saturday, October 19th 2013
Who: open to all Georgia students in grades 1-7. Only 60 seats available.
Time Control: 25 minutes per game per student (50 minutes total)
Prizes: Trophies to top 3. All players receive a participation ribbon.
Entry fee: $25. Please mail $25 check made out to IFME to

Tournament Location: Atlanta Montessori International School 1240 Euclid Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30307, in the Candler Park neighborhood
Registration: We must receive your registration form and payment by Friday, October 18th. We will confirm with email.*There is no on-site registration*
Schedule: Rounds: 9am ROUND ONE: 10:30am ROUND TWO. ASAP for following three rounds. Awards ceremony will be ASAP after last round ends. Pairings for Round 1 will be posted at 9am. It is the parent's responsibility to arrive early enough to verify that the information is correct or to have errors fixed before pairings are up for the first round.

Byes: A student may miss one or two rounds (take a bye) if arranged in advance with their registration. All byes will be zero point byes. Players must commit to play at least three rounds.
Please note: Sets and boards supplied. Chess clocks not supplied. Please bring one if you have one.
