NORTH GEORGIA FALL CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP FOR ALL AGES! (Conducted By Chesstronics)   

$1000 Total Prize Fund Guaranteed(Based on 40 entries) 

USCF rated, un-rated's welcome, but you must be a USCF member to participate - *Play up fee required for unrated.

FORMAT 4 round Swiss, G/40, Inc 5;  4 Rounds.    

1 day schedule:  Round 1 - 10:00 am, Round 2 : 11:30  a.m. Pizza Break(1.00 to 1.30 p.m.) 
  Round 3 -1:30 p.m. Round 4 - 3.00 p.m. 

ENTRY FEE:  $37.00.  After SEP 1st  $45.00  11.59 p.m. , $50.00, ON SiTE before 9.15 a.m. $45.00 

2 SECTIONS: CHAMPIONSHIP   (1800 and up) ; RESERVED (900  to 1799),   

TOTAL PRIZE FUND CANNOT EXCEED $1,000 (Based on 40 entries) 

Prizes: 75% of the entry fees will be given back as prizes, with that prize pool split as follows:

Open 1st place: 30%

Open 2nd place: 20%

Open top U1800: 15% (must have at least 3 eligible players, or this 15% will be re-distributed to 1st & 2nd place prizes)

Reserve 1st place: 20%

Reserve 2nd place: 15%

 PLAYING UP: If you are rated U1800 but are at least 1600 you may play up into the Championship section for $10.00. 
                      If you are rated  U900  but are at least 800 you may play up into the Reserved section for $10.00 more.
