P. 30/30 RATINGS BOOSTER Sunday, December 6, 2015 Kid Chess, 1855 Piedmont Road, Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30066 This is an “Open” tournament -- this is not a “Scholastic” tournament. 3 Rounds, Swiss System (in 8-Player Sections, Based On Ratings) ---- Limited to First Twenty-Four Confirmed Entries ---- Entry Fee: $20.00 -- payable at site -- cash only Reservations: sleepless_knights_promos@yahoo.com Registration: 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Rounds: 10:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. Rate of Play: 30 minutes for 30 moves -- followed by an additional 30 minutes for the remainder of the game -- with a 30 seconds increment per move, starting with Move #1. Prizes: $150 Prize Pool Per Each Full 8-Player Section Scoring for Pairings and Prizes Will Be As Follows: Win = 3 pts. Draw = 1 pt. Loss = 0 pts. All “Plus Scores” Share Prize Fund As Follows: 9 Points = “5 Shares” 7 Points = “3 Shares”6 Points = “2 Shares” 5 Points = “1 Share”
