Chess at the Village Corner Bakery #7

This is small venue with fewer rounds and fast play, freeing up much of the day to enjoy scenic Stone Mountain Park https://www.stonemountainpark.com/.  There will be three rounds at the rate of game in 30 minutes (per player).  Students will be in multiple sections, with a maximum of 10 students per section based upon rating.  Prizes will be awarded to first three in each section.  Unrated players can either play in an unrated section or will be assigned to a section based upon their age, with 50 rating points per year of age used to calculate the rating for purposes of section assignment and pairings.

If you are playing in a rated section USCF  membership is required.  Two month scholastic membership is $8, one year scholastic membership is $17 without the magazine and $24 (recommended) if you wish to receive the quarterly magazine Chess Life for Kids.
