Rated, 3SS, G/30/d5, with one half-point bye accepted for any round selected before the start of play..

In 2 Sections: Premier and Under 1600. Must have a rating of at least 1500 to play up in the Premier section.
Any unrated player may play in the Under 1600. All players must have a current USCF membership.

Entry Fee: $10 if paid by Tuesday Jan 29th or pay $12 onsite Pay online @ www.championshipchess.net with your credit card listing 4th Thursday, player’s name, section, bye if wanted, and USCF ID#, and current rating if ever a member.

When: Thursday January 31st start at 6:30pm – most young players take a bye in round #3 as that round could end at 9:30
Start at 6:30 – or take a half point bye in round #1
Register on site by 6pm and play round #1, after 6pm and you probably will get a bye in round #1.

Free Entry to players joining the US Chess Federation for the 1st time or joining after an absence of 2 years or more.
